Geelong landscaping

May 24, 2011

As the winter is fast approaching, now is a great time to consider landscaping your front or backyard in Geelong.

Your new garden will benefit from all of this fresh rain producing lots of rich moist soil. All the spring and summer flowers may well be looking a bit bedraggled but they give way to all the gorgeous autumn leaves that we are so lucky to see here in Victoria: Manchurian Pears, Japanese Maples, Pin Oaks and plum trees all create a wonderful kaleidoscope of colour as you drive through the Geelong streets.

Autumn also means it’s time to get busy in your garden – dig up the summer bulbs, prune the roses, fruit trees and grape vines, plant some rhubarb, broccoli and onions or introduce your own splash of colour into your garden with cyclamens, anemone and freesias.

If it’s all a bit much and your garden needs a complete overhaul or even a bit of a tidy up, call SC Landscapes for landscaping Geelong. We will happily hear all of your landscaping design ideas and incorporate them into a brand new garden design.
